Scientific research has definitively established that cats are able to be two places at once--both in and outside the house, simultaneously. I am astounded, and I find myself wondering what implications this has for my own identity. Then I am talking to my cat, about an unrelated topic. He is sad because he is in love and can't stop himself from having sex with someone who won't commit. Later I am talking to a small dog.
